Klean Windows provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services across Westcliff‑on‑Sea and the surrounding areas. We are a fully insured independent business, using high‑quality equipment and purified‑water systems to deliver safe, streak‑free results.

Appointments & Access

A reminder text is sent the day before your scheduled clean.

Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning.

If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the clean and a call‑out charge may still apply.

Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or operational reasons.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the clean unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension of future services.

Rain & Weather Policy

We continue to work in light rain. Rainwater is naturally low in minerals and does not affect the quality of a purified‑water clean.

If weather conditions are unsafe, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All cleans come with a 24‑hour satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re‑clean the affected areas free of charge.

Complaints made after this period may not be covered.

Liability & Damage

We take great care when working on your property. Any damage caused by us will be investigated and rectified where appropriate.

We cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing damage, poor seals, loose paintwork, defective fixtures, or issues caused by wear and tear.

Regular Cleaning Schedules

Customers on a 4, 6, or 8 week schedule will receive a reminder text the day before each visit.

You do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to the property.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us when the reminder text is received or beforehand.

Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our regular cleaning schedule.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to provide our services.

Your details are never shared or sold to third parties.

We may update these Terms of Business from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
